Refund/Return/Cancellation

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, with the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.



Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. Please contact us at garazi@ofit.es or on our contact page if you wish to cancel your order. If 24 hours have passed, we will not be able to cancel your order as it will have already shipped.

Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-5 business days depending on your payment method.




Refund/Order Return (if applicable):
To receive a refund or exchange, you must email us at

garazi@ofit.es with photos of the damaged item within 14 days of receiving the products. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement item. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

garazi@ofit.es or on our contact page so we can send you our return address. Once the item has been inspected, we will refund your money within 2-5 business days. You can also opt for a credit if you wish.



Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit or debit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to post.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Retiro Shop® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed for delivery to the address provided for an order. Upon request, Retiro Shop® will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping company information for the customer to verify.


Exchange (if applicable):
We will only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us at garazi@ofit.es.


Shipping:


You are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
